Warm Power 

 Power Yoga is a general term used to describe a vigorous, fitness-based approach to vinyasa- style yoga. Based on the teaching methods created by Bryan Kest this style of practice was originally closely modeled on the Ashtanga method. 85 degrees. 75 minutes. 

A perfect blend of  asanas, deep breathing and guided meditation to capture all modalities of your yoga practice. 60 minutes. non heated. ALL LEVELS

Chill Yoga

A slower paced class based on Hatha style yoga.  This class is perfect for all level of students 60 min.non -heated

Hatha Yoga Flow

 Warm fusion is a perfect blend of hatha asanas along with  vinyasa asanas practiced at a slower pace. A perfect class to build strength and deepen your practice. 75 min.

Lunchtime Flow

A  class based on Vinyasa style yoga. A great class for a quick practice on a busy schedule. Unheated.   45 minutes.

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with poses, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—3 to five minutes or more per pose is typical.  great for all levels .  75 minutes

Basic yoga poses performed on a Stand Up Paddle board (SUP) in the Banana River Lagoon. 60 minutes. Special class times and schedule. Classes held at Wildlife Watersports on Manatee Lane in Cocoa Beach.
